What You'll Do
The Corporate Office Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for visitors and ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This role oversees reception duties, including answering phones, greeting all visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence. They are responsible for organizing office schedules, maintaining office supplies, and managing to ensure professional, welcoming, and productive downtown workplace with 30+ associates. The Corporate Office Coordinator also must learn and demonstrate a working knowledge of all office functionalities, including building security, internet access, audio/visual equipment, and mail/package reception and distribution. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
