Now Hiring: Travel General Laborer

Travel is required for this position. Team members must be willing and able to travel to project locations, work extended assignments, and stay overnight as needed. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable traveling as part of a project-based team.

SPAR Marketing Force is hiring dependable General Laborers to support retail reset and remodel projects. This is a hands-on position that may include general labor, fixture installation, retail remodeling, material handling, and assisting with project setup and completion.

Experience in general labor, construction, remodeling, retail, merchandising, fixture installation, carpentry, warehouse work, or other hands-on environments is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with retail store remodels, resets, and installation projects
• Assemble, install, relocate, and remove retail fixtures, shelving, displays, cabinets, and related components
• Move and stage fixtures, materials, tools, and equipment throughout the project site
• Use hand and power tools safely and appropriately
• Follow project instructions, layouts, diagrams, and directions from project leadership
• Measure, level, align, and secure fixtures and materials as needed
• Assist experienced fixture installers and other team members with project tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
• Perform other general labor and project-related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in general labor, construction, remodeling, retail, merchandising, warehouse work, fixture installation, carpentry, or a similar hands-on environment
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to use a tape measure and perform basic measurements
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness and ability to travel for extended project assignments
• Forklift or scissor lift experience is a plus

We're looking for dependable, hardworking people who are comfortable working with their hands and willing to learn.

Previous fixture installation experience is a plus, but we're also interested in candidates with general labor, construction, remodeling, retail, merchandising, warehouse, moving, maintenance, or other hands-on experience.
